Carriere will step down as President and Chief Executive Officer,
effective April 30, 2012, to pursue other interests. The Company will
immediately commence a search for a suitable replacement. Upon Mr.
Carriere's departure, Dr. Jack Shevel, Executive Chairman of the
Company, will assume the role of interim President and Chief Executive
Officer until a replacement has been appointed. Mr. Carriere will
remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
