Tina will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, business development and innovative management to over 250 healthcare providers who currently service in excess of 27,000 beds. This business unit provides rehabilitation and other related services to senior citizens in Retirement and Long-Term Care Homes.

Ms. Bishai joined Active Health in 1999 as a Registered Physiotherapist with Bachelor of Sciences Degrees in Human Biology and Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, and received an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2002. Tina's focus on systems, data capture and analysis in pursuing continuous quality improvement in patient care has demonstrated the benefits of rehabilitation, prevention and wellness to reduce emergency room visits and hospital admissions.

Centric Health is also pleased to announce that Brenda Rusnak, the founder and long time CEO of Active Health Services Ltd., will continue as a valued consultant and advisor to the Company. Brenda will focus on expanding our Clinic Network, establishing Seniors' Health and Wellness Centre's and establishing Centric's Homecare division. "Brenda has always been recognized as a leader in the industry and her entrepreneurship will be of great value to the Company and as a Director on the Advisory Board of Centric Health," said Dr. Shevel.
